George Brown is an entrepreneur in Annapolis, Maryland, whose grandfather immigrated to the U.S. from Lebanon. Lewnes and Brown played Little Leage Baseball and wrestled together in Annapolis High School, and acted together in plays. Lewnes brought George out of “acting retirement” for the role of Emad in LOOP.
"I seriously put my old pal, George on the spot. We hadn't seen each other for years and the last time we acted together we were in High School. When I constucted the character of Emad, I always had George in mind, but I had difficulty finding an actor for the role. Then I thought that perhaps I could find George Brown. After much cajoling, he agreed to take it. He shook the cobwebs and stepped right into the role. He's still got it." - Pericles Lewnes, LOOP Director
